Brice brings deep expertise in infrastructure, energy, and renewables. He has been an independent consultant since 2021, working with clients in oil and gas, power generation, and transportation.
Prior to his start in consulting, Brice managed in-house research at Brookfield Asset Management (2007-2021), where he supported the company's infrastructure and renewable energy business units. There, he advised on over 60 buy-side due diligence processes in which more than USD 30 billion in capital was deployed.
Brice also worked for 5 years as an Economist at Natural Resources Canada and Environment & Climate Change Canada. Brice has Master's degrees in Economics and Natural Resource Management and is also a CFA Charterholder. With experience living and working in Latin America, Brice is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.

Keith LeBlanc has extensive experience in the power industry, having spent over 15 years as both an investor and developer for some of Canada’s leading global energy firms.
He has experience across technologies and business models, including thermal generation, renewables, energy storage, natural gas with carbon capture, and regulated utilities.
At Northland Power, Keith built a 1,000+ MW energy storage portfolio and led energy market analysis that supported over $6 billion in investments across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Brookfield Asset Management, where he focused on renewables and distressed thermal assets in Canada and the U.S.
Keith has also contributed to the development of energy transition initiatives, including clean fuels, hydrogen, and carbon capture. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA Charterholder.

Previously at a leading international management consulting firm, he advised clients on regulatory strategy and large capital projects across North American energy sectors - including engagements involving upstream petroleum, natural gas transmission, and power generation.
Prior to policy and consulting, he clerked at Canada's Federal Court of Appeal, articled at a leading Canadian law firm, and contributed economic research in roles at a major Canadian bank, the World Bank and the Bank of Canada.
He holds degrees in Geological Engineering, Economics, and Law.
